I've lived in So Cal all my life. I moved to the city to attend UCLA and have been based in LA ever since. I LOVE it here and have found a new level of admiration since starting real estate and learning all the different neighborhoods in depth.
- I work at Pardee Properties, the #1 sales team in LA. We are a boutique brokerage that specializes in the west side of Los Angeles and its surrounding areas. We are hyper focused in this region, manage a ton of the inventory, and know the neighborhoods street to street. We have a full staff with specialists dedicated to each area of support so that as agents we can focus all our energy directly on our clients.
- I have a kick-ass partner/mentor Tyler Kunkle (everyone agrees - see Team Tyler Zillow). We work very closely together on all our transactions and when you work with me you get him as a bonus every step of the way. I am consistently monitoring inventory, getting out and seeing what's on the market, following trends and news, and managing multiple escrows and searches at once. This is what I do all day every day and in the rare event I might be unavailable (for this or any other reason) - remember my kick-ass teammate Tyler from above?
